By accessing and using Synapse (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZerionStudio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Pricing and Payment

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
